We have plans in to the City of Victoria to approve our 13-unit dwelling project in the heart of Fairfield. Fairfield is one of the oldest and most desirable neighbourhoods of Victoria. Bordering downtown and Oak Bay, with Beacon Hill Park and the beaches of Clover Point within its boundaries, this property is in an excellent location. The vibrant shops of Cook Street Village are a few blocks away, and downtown is also within walking and cycling distance.
