Jacklin Congregate Care

We are currently working with the municipality in approving our plan for a 120-unit senior’s luxury condominium building right in the heart of downtown of Langford. Langford is one of the fastest-growing communities in Canada, and is only 15 minutes from Victoria. Our project plans include creating a hotel-like environment for residents complete with community amenities such as childcare, spa, gallery, and non-profit resources. We will be looking at achieving LEED status. Units are scheduled for sale and for rent.
