Langford Duplexes

Three duplexes in Langford have been recently renovated and converted to four-plexes. As a result, we have increased the monthly rent from $4300/month to $15,600/month. This is an excellent example of our strategic methods of operation: we find a property under-valued and under-rented, renovate and increase the property value in the short term, but with a long-term vision for redevelopment. Sewers are scheduled to be installed down this street in the near future, and we can then begin the process of converting this property to one with higher density, such as a multi-storey residential/commercial building. The properties are located on a residential street off a main artery, close to the popular Westshore Mall and the downtown core of Langford.
