Dosanjh Millard Development Corp. has been involved in over 40 properties and the number continues to grow. Some examples of our work:

• Single family homes that we have renovated for rental or for sale.
• Single family homes that we have put suites into, either reselling them or adding them to our portfolio for holding properties.
• Single family homes with rental potential that are situated on the edge of commercial development. This makes our property easier to rezone, while still maintaining positive cash flow through rents.
• Lifting a single family 750 sq. ft. one-level home to construct another floor beneath, creating two storeys and a total of 2200 sq. ft.
• Duplexes to which we have added suites and converted into fourplexes.
• Oceanfront jewels that we have resold for a quick flip or as holding properties awaiting new construction. Oceanfronts are considered from a number of perspectives: cost of purchase; number of comparables; quick-fix and sell; or quick-fix and hold. All of this is dependant upon size of existing home, cost of improvements, land value, current demand for rental or vacation properties, location, and many other specific factors.
• Small apartment buildings as holding properties awaiting future redevelopment.
• New construction homes, often with property bought through developer contacts. We have done several deals with other developers to purchase raw land prior to subdivision approval to ensure excellent pricing for us.
